Natalie’s teaching style is creative, challenging, and anatomically focused. Her background as a professional contemporary ballet dancer, later turned yogi, brings an awareness to the body aiming to bring both a calming and meditative state of mind, as well as challenge the body by finding length and new pathways of movement. Her class will push your strength and bring awareness to the mind body connection every step of the way. Dance, yoga, and movement make Natalie feel connected to her body and herself in a way that she’s never felt with anything else. She can express her every emotion and feel deeply, while reenergizing and setting herself up for a truly mindful day. Movement is pure bliss, and she wants everyone to connect to themselves in this way and feel that same bliss after each and every class.
